Anne Pearce, Publicity
Ann Pearce is an ordained minister and has been a
senior administrator with the Church of Scientology
of Washington State for over 23 years. She currently
serves on the board of directors for the church.
The Queen Anne-based church is the regional headquarters
for the Scientology faith in the northwest and is in
its 50th year of service to the greater Seattle community.
In 2005, the Church completed the purchase of property
located at 300 W. Harrison Street in lower Queen Anne,
which will be the permanent home for the Church. After
the renovations phase is done, our new church quarters
will be open to the public. The Church of Scientology
of Washington State serves parishioners in Washington,
Montana and Alaska.
Ann is a native of Seattle who has lived and currently
works in the Queen Anne area. Over the years she has
served as a volunteer and board member in various community
groups and currently is the vice president of publicity
for the Uptown Alliance, a Queen Anne stewardship organization,
and is a member of the Uptown Neighborhood Center Advisory
Committee.
She subscribes to the ideal set forth by Scientology
Founder, L. Ron Hubbard: "A being is only as valuable
as he can serve others."
More biographical information on Rev. Pearce can be
found in the 2006 edition of Marquis Who's Who of American
Women and other reference works.
