Thomas Street Pedestrian and Bicycle Corridor
Uptown Alliance is a strong advocate for and is one of more than a dozen other community partners on the SDOT Thomas Street Redefined project and has been involved in city partnering and community outreach for the project since 2013. Thomas Street Redefined is a community-driven, visionary concept plan for a pedestrian and bicyclist-oriented corridor connecting the Waterfront, Uptown, Seattle Center, South Lake Union, and Eastlake neighborhoods.
Currently in phase 1 of construction; information, timeline and plans for the corridor, which extends from 5th Avenue North to 9th Avenue North, can be found at Thomas Street Redefined - Transportation | seattle.gov
